Explosionproof Rigmaster™ LED Series Luminaires

The Appleton Rigmaster LED Luminaire by Emerson is available in hazardous location (Class I, Division 2), explosionproof (Class I, Division 1) and industrial (non-hazardous) versions with an option for emergency battery backup. Providing comfortable, uniform illumination in a low profile design this luminaire is easy to install in any task lighting application. Available in two lumen packages, they provide users ample flexibility for wiring, color temperatures (CCT), lens and voltage options.

The Rigmaster LED lighting is designed for high vibration environments. Rigorously tested to the highest standards, this luminaire is durable enough to handle severe weather conditions, excessive moisture, dirt, corrosive atmospheres and high ambient temperatures.

The Rigmaster™ LED lighting is an NEC/CEC Class I, Division 2 or Class II, Division 1 rated luminaire designed for use in hazardous locations. It provides comfortable, uniform illumination in a lightweight, low profile design that comes in two lumen packages and is easy to install in any hazardous task lighting application.

Available in an Emergency Battery Backup version, this fixture provides users ample flexibility for wiring, CCT, lens and voltage options. Designed for high vibration, dust and moisture prone environments, with adjustable yoke bracket options, captive hardware, and five casted safety retention points, this luminaire is durable enough to handle even the toughest applications.

IHC LED Series Luminaires

HIGH LUMEN OUTPUT HIGH BAY AND FLOODLIGHT — ORDINARY LOCATION

The Appleton IHC Series is an Industrial High Lumen Output Luminaire designed to illuminate heavy industrial facilities with ceiling heights of 50 feet or greater, with a best-in-class maximum ambient temperature rating of 75 °C or 167 °F. Designed as a flexible solution, the IHC series LED lighting offers various lumen output levels and can easy retrofit legacy 1000 and 1500-Watt HID fixtures.

The IHC Series has four light distribution patterns with specially designed optics to ensure the maximum amount of light is pushed downward to provide safe light levels with the least number of fixtures at a variety of mounting heights and a wider range of applications.
